We deliver across Canada via UPS, and next-business-day delivery is available at checkout for most provinces, including BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, and PEI. You select it at checkout, and your grandparents get a UPS tracking number so they know exactly when to expect it.
A few things to keep in mind:
Order early in the day. The cutoff for next-business-day varies by province. If you're sending to BC, the cutoff is 1 PM PST. Alberta is 2 PM MST. If you miss it, your basket ships the following business day, so don't leave it to 4 PM and assume it'll make it.
Business days only. UPS delivers Monday through Friday. If you're ordering Thursday evening for a Friday birthday in Winnipeg, you're looking at Monday delivery. Plan for that.
Remote communities are different. If your grandparents live outside a major city, delivery timelines can vary. It's worth reaching out before you order so we can give you an accurate estimate.
The basket itself is assembled fresh the day it ships. It's never pre-made or sitting in a warehouse somewhere. So whatever arrives at their door was packed that morning.

Birthday. If it's a milestone birthday (75, 80, 85), go bigger than you think you need to. A $99 basket is lovely. A $150 or $175 basket is the one they call their friends about.

Waiting too long. If there's a specific date attached to the gift, work backwards from the delivery date, not the order date. Next-business-day delivery means if you order Friday, it ships Monday and arrives Tuesday.
Assuming "any basket will do." The right basket for a 78-year-old grandmother who loves tea and biscotti is very different from the right basket for a 74-year-old grandfather who golfs and drinks craft beer. Spend two minutes thinking about who you're buying for.
Skipping the card message. Don't do this. It's free, it takes 30 seconds, and it's the part they remember.
