Our team purchased a custom gift basket for a colleague, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The website was user‑friendly and easy to navigate, making the ordering process seamless. Shortly after placing the order, I received an email from The Gourmet Gifts advising that the basket we selected could not accommodate all of the chosen items and offering a suitable alternative. The basket was delivered within 24 hours.

The gift was a success! It was an Easter present for a family, they were very happy. However, there was a 2-day delay in the delivery. But the surprise was even greater, as no one was expecting an out-of-season gift.
