Common questions

How do I check where my order is?

Tracking details are emailed once an order ships, and you can sign in to your account to see the status of a recent order. If tracking has not updated, call or email us with the order number and we will look into it.

Can I change the delivery date or address after ordering?

Sometimes, depending on how far along the order already is. Contact us as early as you can with the order number and the change you need, and we will tell you what is still possible.

What are your customer service hours?

Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM ET. Messages that arrive outside those hours are picked up on the next business day.

Something arrived damaged. What should I do?

Email us with the order number and a photo of the item and its packaging so we can see what happened. Our returns and refunds policy sets out how these are handled.

Do you take corporate or bulk orders?

Yes. Corporate gifting, volume orders, branded notes and multi-address delivery are handled through the corporate quote form rather than general support, so the right team picks it up.

Can I send one order to several addresses?

Multi-address delivery is available on corporate and bulk orders. Request a corporate quote and include the number of recipients you are sending to.
