Our Order Processing & Fulfillment Guidelines
At The Gourmet Gifts Inc., we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please review our fulfillment policy for details regarding order processing, shipping, and delivery.
Once an order has shipped, the responsibility for delivery lies with the courier. Wecannot issue refunds for delivery delays caused by carriers, missed delivery windows, or external circumstances.
Orders shipped later than seasonal estimates due to carrier backlog or high volume are outside our control.
We recommend shipping to an address where someone is available to accept the delivery. If no one is present, the courier may leave the package in a “safe place” or attempt re-delivery per their guidelines.
If a package is marked as delivered by the courier to the address you provided, we consider the orderfulfilled and complete, and we cannot be held liable for loss or theft after delivery confirmation.
If a customer places multiple gift basket orders through the website (whether for the same location or different locations), shipping charges shown at checkout are calculated for one basket only by default depending upon the shipping method they choose.
All such orders are subject to review by our team.
For multiple or bulk orders, customers may be required to place separate orders or proceed through our corporate/bulk ordering process. Our customer service team will coordinate directly to confirm delivery details, locations, and applicable shipping charges based on the number of baskets.
Additional shipping charges may apply depending on order size and delivery requirements. Our team will contact the customer if there are any additional charges needed.
