Who you are gifting, how many, the budget per gift and the dates it has to land. Recipients come to us on our order form, with the addresses and any card messages.
A shortlist of baskets matched to the budget, with volume pricing worked out for the quantity you need.
Confirm the baskets, the branded note and the wording. A different card message per recipient is normal, not an extra.
Each round is scheduled against the dates you gave us, so the holiday send is booked while the choice of baskets is still wide.
Hand-packed to order and delivered to one address or to every recipient on the list, with tracking on each parcel.
Next year starts from what you sent last year rather than a blank form. Tell us who has joined or left and we adjust the round.

How bulk orders workYes. Branded notes and custom messaging are part of every corporate programme, and larger programmes can go further into the packaging and the contents.
Corporate gifting programmesYes. Send the list with addresses and card messages on our order form and we deliver to each one, with a different message per recipient where you want it. We can keep the list on file so next year starts from what you sent last year.
How bulk orders workCheckout works out shipping for one basket by default, so orders going to more than one address are handled by our team. Send us the list and we confirm the delivery details and any extra shipping before anything is charged.
Bulk and multi-address ordersAs early as you can for the holidays, because choice of baskets and delivery dates narrows as the season fills. Outside peak periods a few weeks is usually comfortable for a bulk order, and we will tell you honestly if a date is tight.
Yes, for large and recurring corporate clients. New accounts pay up front for their first few orders, then complete a credit application to open terms. Our accounts team sets it up by email.
