Our team packs it by hand, with care. Every item is arranged in the crate, which is wrapped in cellophane and finished with a ribbon. The finished gift goes into our own shipping box, one per box, so it arrives ready to hand over.
Yes, the recipient must be 19 or older. Because it includes wine, you confirm you are at least 19 when you order, and the courier can ask for ID at delivery, so send it to someone who can show identification.
In Toronto and the GTA, yes: place an eligible order by 4 PM ET and choose same-day delivery at checkout. Elsewhere in Ontario and Quebec it can arrive the next day by ground, and the rest of Canada can choose next-day express at checkout. Weekends and statutory holidays are not business days, and delivery dates are estimates.
No. Prices and receipts are never included on or with the gift. The invoice goes only to the email address used to place the order.

Yes. Pick a delivery date on the product page before you add the basket to your cart, and we hold the order until it needs to ship. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. In Ontario and Quebec, standard shipping usually arrives the next business day. Everywhere else, choose the shipping method at checkout that reaches the address by your date. If the basket has perishable items, choose overnight delivery. Dates that are not available for that basket cannot be selected.
