Our goal is to process orders efficiently for fast delivery. Gifts are immediately prepared after orders are placed and therefore cannot be changed or cancelled within 48 hours of the shipping date.

Holiday Season - For orders placed during the holiday season for delivery before Christmas (November and December), we will try our best to make any requested changes to orders, but cannot guarantee it.   

Pursuant to health and safety regulations, we are unable to exchange or accept returns on food products. Non-perishable items, however, may be exchanged at our head office. Gifts must be unopened and in original packaging. Exchanges or Returns are valid for 30 days from the order date and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
