Custom and bulk orders (personalized messages, corporate branding, 10+ basket orders) have an earlier 11:00 AM EST cutoff to allow assembly time. Orders placed after the cutoff are dispatched the next business day. Cutoffs are confirmed at checkout.
No. The Gourmet Gifts has no minimum order for same-day delivery, every basket in our collection qualifies as long as you order before the cutoff for your delivery region.
Yes. We deliver same-day to every major Toronto hospital, including Toronto General Hospital (University Health Network), Mount Sinai Hospital, Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids), St. Michael's Hospital, and Princess Margaret Cancer Centre. We follow each hospital's visitor and delivery policies and drop baskets at reception or the gift desk.
Yes. Same-day delivery to downtown Toronto office towers and condo buildings is standard. Our couriers leave baskets with building reception or the concierge when the recipient is unavailable, and we include real-time tracking so you can confirm delivery.
Yes, same-day delivery is available across the entire GTA with a single 4:00 PM EST cutoff. Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington, Ajax, Pickering, Whitby, Oshawa, Milton, Aurora and surrounding cities all qualify under the same window. Every city has its own dedicated landing page with neighbourhood-specific details.
If we can't complete your same-day delivery for any reason weather, courier disruption, recipient unavailability with no concierge we'll reschedule for the next business day at no charge, or refund the delivery fee in full. We'll contact you the same day to confirm which option you prefer.
Same-day delivery is dispatched the same day you order, for delivery before evening to GTA addresses. Next-day delivery uses courier shipping (Canada Post Expedited or Purolator) and arrives the next business day for most major Canadian cities, including Ottawa, Hamilton, London, and Montreal. Western Canada (Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton) typically arrives in 2–3 business days via express shipping.
Same-day delivery is available Monday through Saturday for most GTA destinations. Sunday and statutory holiday same-day delivery is limited and depends on courier availability in your destination region. Eligibility is confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address and the date selected.
