I ordered the basket on December 6,2024 it was to be delivered December 16,2024. It was never delivered until January 6,2025 . The basket had perishable items and best before items! Numerous attempts to contact by phone messages left calls never returned! Your live chat app takes days to repond and offered no help other than to tell me for more than three weeks the basket will be delivered anytime now. No offer for a partial or full refund absolutely nothing. Never order from this company again. $300.00 basket and l was treated with total indifference!!!

I tried Gourmet Gifts for the first time and what I can tell you is, my sister, who was the recipient said the service was very good. I think she liked the items I chose for their Christmas present too.
