Bulk orders
Ten or more baskets, especially to different addresses, are handled off the standard checkout. You fill in one order form with every recipient, we confirm the delivery plan and the shipping, and the whole order is invoiced together.
It is the same route whether the list is thirty clients across the country or forty staff in one office.
How it works
Five steps from a spreadsheet of names to baskets on desks.
One workbook holds every recipient: name, address, the basket you want them to get and the card message that goes with it.
Pick from the corporate collection, or ask us to shortlist against a budget per gift. Different recipients can get different baskets in the same order.
Email the completed form. We check the addresses, confirm what each delivery will cost and come back with the total before anything is charged.
Tell us when each round should land. We schedule against those dates rather than shipping everything the moment the order is paid.
Every basket is hand-packed to order and sent with tracking. You get one invoice for the order rather than one per parcel.
Worth knowing
Checkout works out shipping for one basket by default, because each basket travels in its own package. An order going to ten addresses would be priced wrong, so our team quotes the shipping properly instead.
Small orders to a single address are fine at checkout. It is the multi-address and high-volume orders that need a person to look at them.
Yes. The order form has a message column, so each person can get their own wording at no extra cost.
Companies usually mix a standard message for the team with personal notes for a handful of clients. Both go on the same form.
No. We keep your recipient list on file, so the next round starts from what you sent last time and you only tell us who has joined or left.
That is the difference between a bulk order and a gifting program. If you gift more than once a year, the program route plans the whole calendar.
The whole order is invoiced together rather than charged per basket. New corporate accounts pay up front for their first few orders, then complete a credit application to open terms.
Book the round early. Choice of baskets and delivery dates narrows as the season fills, and carrier volume stretches transit times in December.
