Well, had i known what would happen, I wouldnt have ordered from you. the ad said that it could be delivered same day.The next day i read that the order should have been by 11 and mine was not. So,at minimum, i thought it would be the next day. A sweet guy from the company contacted me, Thomas, to check on some details and made sure to clear things with me and i again, was so happy for the attention to my order and then got a notification it was sent to delivery. Again i thought it woild have been deliveredon the day it went or delivery but no.
When i received the notification from UPS that it wouldnt arrive until Thursday ( this was Monday) i thought it must be a mistake.
Thinking that it was an error i asked that they just ensure it would be delivered that day. No response. After a few emails, repeated asking that they get it done asap there was no response. It was delivered on thursday. 204 dollars? It was not worth it. I truthfully could have done better and delivered it day of as the ad seemed to say. They should give me my money back but i doubt they will. My numerous emails have not been answered. I haven't heard from customer service as they indicated i would so i would not recommend.
I tried to find out if they were in halifax or worked with someone in halifax to be able to offer day of service, i received no answer. So my sense is that they might be misrepresenting their ability to deliver fast. The only reason i chose them, is because they offered fast delivery.
