Lack of communication/customer service
I bought this as a holiday gift and selected a later delivery. The basket ended up arriving after the holidays and I was not informed of any delays at all. When I reached out to customer service because I noticed that it still was not delivered, no one responded. I totally understand that the holidays and the postal strike can cause delays but not even warning your customers of this is unprofessional. The gift receiver was happy with the product in the end but I will likely not purchase from this company again based on lack of customer service alone.

Our team packs it by hand, with care. Every item is arranged on the board, which is wrapped in cellophane and finished with a ribbon. The finished gift goes into our own shipping box, one per box, so it arrives ready to hand over.
In Toronto and the GTA, yes: place an eligible order by 4 PM ET and choose same-day delivery at checkout. Elsewhere in Ontario and Quebec it can arrive the next day by ground, and the rest of Canada can choose next-day express at checkout. Weekends and statutory holidays are not business days, and delivery dates are estimates.
