We deliver gift baskets across Canada. Same-day delivery is available in Toronto and the GTA on orders placed by 4 PM. Ontario and Quebec reach most addresses the next business day by ground, and everywhere else is served by our courier partners with overnight or standard ground shipping.

Orders are processed within minutes and ship the same day when same-day service is chosen, otherwise within one to five business days. Once a basket is with the courier, transit adds the time below.

Almost certainly. We deliver to every province and territory in Canada, and the list below covers the towns that have their own delivery page. If your town is not on the list it does not mean we cannot reach it, so send us the address and we will confirm the options.
Baskets containing alcohol are delivered only to recipients of legal drinking age, and identification can be requested at the door. Alcohol is sold only as part of a basket, never on its own.
If you are not certain someone will be home to show identification, choose a basket from the non-alcoholic range or send it to a workplace during business hours.
Yes, and a staffed reception is often the most reliable address for a gift. Add the department, floor or ward to the address and we will pass it to the courier.

Read the shipping policySame-day delivery in Toronto and the GTA needs an eligible order placed by 4 PM ET with same-day service chosen at checkout. Weekends and statutory holidays are not business days, so an order placed on Saturday or Sunday starts moving on Monday.
Yes. Pick a delivery date on the product page before you add the basket to your cart, and we hold the order until it needs to ship. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. In Ontario and Quebec, standard shipping usually arrives the next business day. Everywhere else, choose the shipping method at checkout that reaches the address by your date. If the basket has perishable items, choose overnight delivery. Dates that are not available for that basket cannot be selected.
A shipping confirmation email with tracking details is sent as soon as your order leaves us. Signing in to your account shows the same status at any time.
